Well, from the pictures I recieved of the arrangement that I had ordered, it was really nice and Mom really loved it. But what I didn't see was the upgrade of the bouquet that was requested and payed for.
Mom likes stuff the son sends, but the son is a little bit apprehensive about the quality Mom gets.
